- The tournament will be held on Wednesday, September 19. The Tournament will start at 7 PM.
- Pre-registration is required deadline is September 16. Please register during one of the practice nights, or by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- This is a 2 stage tournament, Round Robin and Elimination. No handicap.
- The first stage is round-robin. Players are grouped using a snake system based on their latest rating.
- 1st Places in first round will go into Division one for second stage. 2nd place into 2nd Division, as no. of groups allow.
- The second stage is single elimination.
- There will be a consolation round.
- Warm up before matches will be only 2 minutes.
- Round Robin will be best of 3 games, elimination round will be best of 5 games (as time allows).
- No extra fee to enter the tournament (other than the usual season pass or drop-in fee).
- All players are encouraged to participate in the tournament.
- All players are asked to stay around until the end of the tournament for the trophy presentation.
