• The tournament will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2009.
• Pre-registration is required, deadline is June 21, 2009. Please register during one of the practice nights, or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
• No extra fee to enter the tournament (other than the usual season pass or drop-in fee).
• All players are eligible and encouraged to participate in the tournament.
• All players are asked to stay around until the end of the tournament for the trophy presentation.
• This is a 2 stage tournament. No handicap.
• The first stage is round-robin. Players are grouped using a snake system based on their latest rating.
• The second stage is single elimination. Players are grouped based on their placement in the round-robin.
• Each is best of 5 games, if time permits.
• If we are running out of time closer to the end, each match is reduced to best of 3 games.
